1) Terms and conditions for orders delivered to European Union Member States

SOGNI S.r.l. extends the period for exercising the right of withdrawal to 30 days, instead of the statutory minimum period of 14 days, for every product delivered to a European Union Member State, at no additional cost and covering all return shipping expenses. Therefore, returning the purchased product is completely free of charge for the customer.

Information concerning the right of withdrawal for products delivered to Italy or to another EU Member State
(Article 49, paragraph 1, letter h), Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, “Consumer Code”)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last item ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple items ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day period begins on the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Sogni di Cristallo (SOGNI S.r.l., via Castellantico 17 - 30035 Mirano, Venezia, e-mail: info@sognidicristallo.it) of the decision to withdraw from this contract by means of any clear statement to that effect, sent by post or by e-mail.

The withdrawal deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the customer sends the withdrawal notice before the expiry of the 30-day period, beginning on the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last item ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple items ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day period begins on the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last item.

Effects of withdrawal for products delivered to European Union Member States

Following withdrawal from the contract, SOGNI S.r.l. will reimburse all payments received from the purchaser, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by SOGNI S.r.l., without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which SOGNI S.r.l. is informed of the customer’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. In any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

SOGNI S.r.l. may withhold the refund until it has received the returned products or until the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been shipped, whichever occurs first.

The customer must return or deliver the products without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the day on which the customer communicates the decision to withdraw from the sales contract.

The products must be returned:

• properly packed in their original packaging, without being deteriorated, damaged or soiled, and complete with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation;

• together with the shipping document included in the original packaging, allowing SOGNI S.r.l. to identify the customer through the order number, first name, surname and address;

• without obvious signs of use and in a condition that allows them to be resold.

If the returned product does not comply with the requirements set out above, the withdrawal will not be valid.

The costs of returning the goods will be borne by SOGNI S.r.l., provided that the customer ships the goods from the country to which they were originally delivered. Otherwise, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

2) Terms and conditions for orders delivered to countries outside the European Union

SOGNI S.r.l. extends the period for exercising the right of withdrawal to 30 days, instead of the statutory minimum period of 14 days, for every product delivered to a country outside the European Union.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last item ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple items ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day period begins on the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last item.
