Shipping and Delivery

Our products are carefully packaged and are normally shipped through leading insured express couriers: SDA for Italy, UPS for the European Union, and FedEx for the United States and countries outside the European Union.

Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail so that you can monitor the delivery.

Products may also be collected by appointment from our operational headquarters at via Castellantico 17, Mirano (VE).

For particularly large orders, it is also possible to arrange delivery directly by us or using alternative shipping methods, such as pallet delivery.

Delivery times for products in our catalogue vary according to the model and are indicated on each product page. Delivery times for products from the Ca’ Rezzonico and Luxury lines may be longer; we will be able to provide more detailed information when the order is placed.
