An architectural project that saw us involved in the design, production, and installation of all bespoke glass elements that form the decorative heart of the interiors. The complexity of this project, combined with its specific requirements, makes us particularly proud of the final result, demonstrating the creative and problem-solving potential of hand-forged glass.

The Scott's Richmond restaurant, an absolute jewel situated along the banks of the River Thames in London, impresses with its majesty, perfectly harmonizing with the classical-contemporary style furnishings. Sogni Di Cristallo’s internal design studio was engaged to find architectural and lighting solutions that fully respected the client's scenographic needs.

The custom-designed products are inspired by the SDC® Classici Veneziani and “Heritage” collections, characterized by timeless and fascinating designs.

Bespoke Cast Glass Applications

Our custom-crafted glass has transformed the interiors with architectural glass elements, creating a scenographic and distinctive decor that enhances each space with elegance and uniqueness:

• Ground Floor: Silver-finished wall cladding enhances the entrance lobby and dining area with an elegant, reflective backdrop. Rounded silver cast glass moldings wrap around the dining room columns, creating a continuous flow of luxury.

• First Floor: The bar cladding and countertop feature an antique gold finish, adding warmth and opulence to complement the vibrant atmosphere.

• First Floor Bathrooms: The mirror frames, crafted in silver for the men’s restroom and gold for the women’s restroom, deliver a refined, cohesive aesthetic that ties the venue's design together.

The originality of this project led Sogni Di Cristallo to also curate architectural glass elements such as the cladding of walls, arches, and columns. The molds needed to forge each individual glass component were crafted with particular artisanal care directly by Sogni Di Cristallo.

The highlight of the project is the spectacular ground floor dining room, entirely decorated with custom-made Venetian mirrors featuring hand-applied silver leaf finishes. The Venetian mirrors were also used, again custom-made, in a backlit version with antique silver and gold finishes to adorn the bathrooms.

A standout element of the project is the bar counter, decorated with custom glass with golden finishes and backlighting, which helps to create an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.

This project showcases the versatility and refinement of forged glass, demonstrating how it can transform interior spaces into environments of timeless charm.
