SOGNI S.r.l. extends the term for exercising the right of withdrawal (required by law to be no less than 14 days) to 30 days for each product delivered in the countries of the European Union, at no additional cost, bearing any cost of return. For the customer, it is absolutely free to return the purchased product.

Information regarding the right of withdrawal for products delivered to one of the EU countries other than Italy (pursuant to art. 49, par. 1, letter h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "Consumer Code").

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 30 days of purchase. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after starting from the day on which either the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer himself, acquires the physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day term will start from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the latter acquires the physical possession of the last good.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform Sogni di Cristallo (SOGNI S.r.l., Via Castellantico 17 - 30035 Mirano, Venice, e-mail: info@sognidicristallo.it) of his decision to withdraw from this contract through any explicit declaration in this regard, by letter to be sent via the post service or by e-mail.

The deadline set for the withdrawal will be considered respected if the customer sends his declaration before the 30-day period has expired starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires the physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day period will start from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the latter acquires the physical possession of the last good.

Effects of withdrawal for products delivered to a EU country other than Italy

Following withdrawal from the contract, SOGNI S.r.l. will refund all payments made by the purchaser, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs deriving from the choice of a type of delivery different from the standard one offered by SOGNI S.r.l.), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which SOGNI S.r.l. is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

In case of countries outside the European Union, SOGNI S.r.l. will proceed with the reimbursement of all payments made by the purchaser, with the exception of delivery costs, redelivery costs and customs expenses, which shall be borne by the customer without undue delay and, in any case, within and no later than 14 days starting from the day on which SOGNI S.r.l. is informed by the customer of his decision to exercise his right of withdrawal.

These reimbursements will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be suspended until receipt, by SOGNI S.r.l., of the products subject to return or until the customer provides evidence of the shipment of such goods, if made earlier. The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and, in any case, within and no later than 30 days starting from the day on which he notified his wish to withdraw from the purchase contract. The Products shall be returned - properly packaged in their original packaging, undamaged, neither unspoiled nor soiled and with any related accessories, instructions for use and documentation; - accompanied by the related transport document (included in the original packaging), in order to allow SOGNI S.r.l. to identify the customer (order number, name, surname and address); - free from any signs of use and in such a state as to allow its resale. In the event that the returned product does not comply with the provisions set out above, the withdrawal will not be effective. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by SOGNI S.r.l. provided that the customer sends the goods from the country in which the delivery took place. Otherwise, the costs of the return shall be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.
